Our soundbar had gone out on and we were hosting that afternoon. Was able to instal ans set up in under a hour.

JBL was a always a leader in quality. Now they are a leader in sub standard manufacturing. Now the sound of the sound bar in my opinion is about par, it is no way above the standard of sound bars on the market. The lack of connectivity issues and the constant unplugging the system to do a hard start almost on a daily basis and sometimes two times a day leaves a bitter taste to be desired. Along with the not even 30 days Best Buy will allow you to return the device. I would definitely not even bother with this system unless you like to be frustrated.

Sales talked me into upgrading to the JBL sound bar for better product and sound. After only 1 week constantly losing connection to the Arc port. Have to constantly power down TV and sound bar to get 50% chance of working a day than have to start over again, Called support they told me to bring in sound bar (45 miles) to have geek squad test. Arrived with sound bar and they said they needed all components to test. Wanting me the customer to be longer without product and more time and miles to try to get my products working.

Not the best sound bar for the price. Definitely expecting more.

It has a great sound, but lost connection every time when I turned off and on the tv and the soundbar, I have to unplugged the power of the soundbar to get sound again.
