I love this thing. I originally considered a $1500 system with massive woofers but found this on sale. Having a 10" woofer really adds to the entire sound package. I wanted to feel the explosions and other effects and I'm not remotely disappointed having bought the cheaper unit. The Dolby Atmos is amazing. Hearing sounds from everywhere is surprising when it's coming from a single location. I've had to pause my TV several times to make sure it was the movie and not someone inside my home. Highly recommended but if you can afford the 1000 or the next higher than go for it instead. Perfect for small to medium sized rooms

A sleek profile with great sound and easy setup. The sound panning is excellent, and the bass potential really fills the room. While I wish the whole thing was a bit smaller (sub especially, it's quite tall), very happy with this choice.

For the price of the soundbar with the subwoofer i didnt think it was going to sound BAD or anything like that. But i can say that my expectations of the overall quality, werent going to be the highest, however it was actually super easy to connect it to all of my devices and my tv at once and the quality of the dolby surround out of just the soundbar was more powerful that I had anticipated.. my roomate now texts me from the other room to close my car windows before the rain comes because he can already hear it thundering...lol...it hasnt rained once...

Easy to set up, compatible with Google TV. And it gives you an amazing movie experience with its surround system technology.

Every one of my portable speakers are jbl and I decided to give their soundbars a chance and this thing gets LOUD & CLEAR! The setup was super easy and the self powered sub flawlessly connected. Will easily be buying another jbl soundbar for the bedroom.

I had a bose solo 5 for several years and it was ok, i just thought it was time to upgrade and there were many soundbars that sounded great but too pricey. So the JBL Bar 500 5.1 sounded awesome and easy to hookup and my TV never sounded better. The remote is a luttle small with the basic options, volume, bluetooth, hdmi, bass control level, and calibration and 2 other options. Still learning the remote. For me it's an awesome buy. Price is right. So far i love it.

This is an excellent product at a great price point. There are cheaper models, but the sound quality of the JBL is worth the extra cost. The sound is remarkable!

We found this set as an open box deal in our store and splurged on it to replace our old wired audio setup. It was so easy, plug and play basically. Surround sound is crisp for movies shows or sports, and it easily switches over to our phones and computer via bluetooth. Rhe self claibration audio tining is awesome, but our dogs hate the ping noises while it calibrates. We also love the white noise provided in the jbl app, couch naps hit different with that rainforest in surround :)

I love this sound bar. I’ve had a few sound bars over the years. LG, Samsung, Pioneer, to name a few. The Bar500 sound bar is by far the best I’ve owned. The sound quality is superior and crisp! Highly recommend

I got this on sale. The first one I had was rattling, so I had to exchange it for another one. I have not had any issues with the replacement! I love it! The bass shakes the house if you put it on the highest level! The Dolby Atmos is worth every penny!

10" subwoofer reminds me of my old home theater setup. This is exactly the replacement I needed! Watching movies has been wonderful coming from my decent old Vizio w/ 6" sub. I use it in a 16x16 loft which about max size for this. Very impressed.

This thing literally rocks the house! We love it! Dialogue is very clear and also has Dolby Atmos for movie nights!
