It is big but the battery doesnt last but two hours

The battery dies after 1 hour playing. I bought it in 2023..

I bought open box excellent. The speaker itself was in good shape, but did not come with the power cord. My only option was to return the item to get a different one. Best buy couldn't send me a $10 power cord? Impressive.

Well its loud and bass is decent. Battery last a good 3-4 hrs and 5 hrs if when you see the red blinking light you turn it down . Now that 3-4 hrs this thing is like max volume or at least 75% because im using it at work and max is to loud .. im also using the app and the eq is set to max base and max mid level and treble normal. Its heavy and uses a outdated cord takes a while to charge but if you pay attention you can get a quick charge for like 30 mins and you are good . Last thing is i had it on outside in a normal Neighborhood and it was like 10am and i was bbq and i only had it like 65% up maybe 70% turned up and my neighbors of like 15 or more years called the cops on me and the cop told me i had to turn it off because of complaints. I was hearing a band called Within The Ruins

Wasn’t as loud as anticipated. Trying to use it for an outdoor sport even and it was terrible.

I personally preferred the jbl boom box 2 . It had deeper base and sounded louder.

Speaker plays great. However the battery DO NOT last as described in product’s detail.

I am not sure how the speaker works yet, but I don't recommend purchasing online from Best Buy. They double charged my bank account $423 and now I won't have access to those funds (for x-mas shopping) until at least 3 more days when it either drops off my pending transactions or I dispute it. Thank goodness I had enough money to cover it or they would have over drafted my account. The help chat had no real help to give me except to say the double charge "should" drop off.

Only has 3.5 hrs worth of battery at full volume needs a bigger battery

Battery doesn't last long about 1 hour if you play it loud

The speaker sounds great while the battery has charge. Unfortunately, I've gotten 4 hours of play time from a 6.5 hour charge. My JBL Xtreme 2 lasts longer than this speaker. This thing sucks for the price.

I originally ordered this from Amazon and it would skip like CD when I played Apple Music on my iphone. I figured maybe it was Amazon, so I returned the speaker and ordered from Best Buy. Same issue. Must be why its on sale? Strange Im not seeing any other comments about this issue. My Boombox 2 worked well for four years, so was looking fwd to the 3, but clearly there is an issue.

The treble is super super high even if you turn it down in the app, bass at 60%volume or less is great, after that it goes away.

Out of all the Jbl speakers I’ve owned I’ve never had a problem. I literally bought this speaker and had to exchange it 2 times. All 3 of the speakers did not last the 24hrs being advertised on a full charge. They only lasted at most 4 hours. On top of that the speakers would sound like they had static no matter if the music was low or high. We tried different different music apps as I know sometimes that is an issue but it was the same with all the ones we tried. This was a Father’s Day gift and my dad wasn’t even able to enjoy it.

Package got stolen from fedex , they did not properly sealed the item with security tape or put it in a shipping box, all that was delivered was the box without the speaker in it, ive been trying to find a solution with them since march 17 (its april 13) and now they are telling me they cant do anything about it and i would need to contact our local police department.
