Ah its Okay.

When i got home and tested it out it was short of disappointed. The overall speaker sound it kind of loud but however the bass horribly over powers everything. So if your just going to use it for dance music or instrumentals okay. But hip hop or pop NO! The bass muffles out everything and you can't even hear the lyrics. I surely didn't like the speaker so i went back to return the item.

Both speakers can't be linked. Very frustrating and I don't appreciate Best Buy employees telling us one thing and its it even true. I spend a lot of money at Best Buy but thinking otherwise now.

Posted .Sorry to hear you were misinformed. The CHARGE 2+ is not a JBL Connect enabled speaker that can be paired wirelessly to stream music from a Bluetooth source. At this time the only models with this feature are BOOST TV, CHARGE 3, FLIP 3, XTREME and PULSE 2. However, if you would like to use 2 CHARGE 2's at the same time using one source device, you can use an AUX splitter cable which can be purchased at any electronics store. If this doesn't help, please reach out at Best Buy for the information about return policy.
Not worth it

Posted .There is volume on your device and on the speaker. Make sure both are turned up. Should should get plenty of volume for its size.
Might of gotten a bad one

I purchased for sole usage on the boat that could handle a shower or two. The previous one was the TDK A33 that went wonky after a year and a half. The TDK had a slight better sound compared to this one but the battery life always stunk. Love the weather resistant features. The bluetooth would get interrupted for brief moments within the first 2-3 hours using the device causing the music to cut out for a couple seconds at a time. Now remind you. Im on a 16 foot boat with my iphone 5S in my pocket. Ive got other devices my phone works flawlessly so I am going to return within the 15 day grace period. Going to get the NEW JBL XTREME for more sound (you always want more). I'm sure the bad one was a fluke. Cheers

I have had this speaker for 48 days, and today when i turned it on the speaker blew! Of course its out of return policy, so I get to go through the fun of using the manufacturer's warranty!

Have had mine for about a year and needless to say at 1st I was well pleased with the sound quality. Now, I have a 2nd opinion with it not being what I would call alot of use. It will not charge and play music...definitely would not buy again
