Bought this after simply reviewing the ones in store. Great powerful sound and fun too! With pulsating speakers on each end and attractive colors, this is a nice purchase for the beach or lake. Stands up to sand and a little water too

I've had these speakers for a few months now and happy to say they've lasted this long. They're doing a great job and I'm consistency using them because I love listening to my podcasts and music. Crisp, clear and loud sound. I haven't tried dipping them in water to test out the waterproof action and I'll probably try my best not to get any water on it anyways, but good to know there won't be massive harm caused if water got on it.

Purchased this for just the great sound but the added battery for charging my cell phone is an added bonus.

I spend about a month reading and watching online reviews on different Bluetooth Speakers. Listened to most of them and decided on the JBL Charge 3. It actually has the best sound of them and at a great price. You could spend more ( like on a UE Megaboom ) but it won't sound as clear and as good as the Charge 3. Get 2 and you will have a left and right channel. Or get one and the Bigger JBL Xtreme for more sound. Either way you can't go wrong!
