The other one was a JBL Flip 3. Even though it does get quite loud, it's not the best choice for an outdoor event. It works best indoors.

I’ve had a smaller and older JBL speaker that stopped charging and hoping this doesn’t do the same. Currently, very happy with speaker and sound output!
