Bestbuy sent me refurbished, sent as new. Product is great, but refurbished

This is an excellent speaker for avid music listeners such as myself. The sound quality is excellent and it has a high volume range. It is also waterproof which is a nice bonus for those who want to take it around water, such as, on a boat or to the beach. The price is very reasonable too. JBL has really outdone themselves! I highly recommend!

This JBL stopped taking a charge the day after our two year warranty expired! Perfect timing!

I can't connect to another speaker like JBL charge 3, and Bestbuy don't to change it.

You will not be disappointed in any way, shape or form. Indoor or outdoor this speaker sounds great, and will be the envy of your friends. Great price. Solid quality. Great sound. Drop proof, water proof, sand proof. For those on the go - boating - camping - this little rocket can not be left behind.

I was super excited to get this speaker but only after a few uses it broke on me

I have reviewed several BT speakers, Bose, Beats, UE, and this one along with my flip 3 are the best. The waterproofness, the battery life, the sound quality, JBL connect and the charge out all for 149. Great Job JBL. Best on the go BT speaker. I still love my Bose mini for low volume in the office.

Bought this and it worked good for a few months and now it does not work at all. Do not buy

This speaker is so great, especially for the price. Sound is great, Bass is Better than i expected, Has subwoofers on both side which vibrate like crazy lol. AND its waterproof. JBL is a great company, definitely will buy more from them in the future. Highly Recommended, Buy it.

I originally went to Best Buy to purchase the Bose soundlink mini, but after testing and comparing in the store I decided to buy the JBL. The JBL has so much bass and the volume doesn't have to be really loud in order to hear it. Another thing I don't have to worry about is water, it can be submerged in water and still play. Not that I tried that, but it's good just in case it ever falls in water.

As some of the positive reviews have stated, great sound. For me, it sounds balanced all around. Not too much treble like the smaller Bluetooth speakers and not too boomy like others. I went to Best Buy and spent a good 30 minutes going from one display to the other. For me, this speaker sounded the best without all the silly lights some of the other speakers try to make up for the lack of sound quality or lack of balance. I’ll admit, these are quite pricey but for me, the sound and charge time have been great. I fully charged mine and used it at approx. 40% volume based on my phone volume. It was on from 6am - 10pm to see how long it could truly last. It is my belief that it will go the 20 hrs as stated by JBL. Best of luck making your choice.

Great speaker. Nice crisp sound. Good bass but not too much. Battery last hours on full charge. Just as good if not better than other bluetooth speakers that start with B. I highly recommend it.

I got this for my office. With two screens, my desk space is limited. I pulled off the rather big computer speakers and replaced it with the JBL Charge 3. One word: Perfect! I use the 3.5mm input from my desktop. I was VERY impressed with the sound quality from this little blue speaker. The bass is great and the mids and highs are pretty satisfying, too. Easily also paired with my phone for BT music. I'm enjoying it even more since it was also on sale right now!

I own two of these, and love them! Audio quality is excellent - so good it's hard to believe the sound is coming out of such a small speaker! They go loud too! The Bluetooth pairing works better than most Bluetooth devices. The feature of being able to join two speakers together for stereo is excellent. Range is excellent. They can also be used to charge your USB devices, like cell phones. The battery has a high capacity, and will fully charge your phones quite a few times on a single charge. I would definitely recommend these speakers to anyone!

I bought this speaker for my husbands birthday. He wanted something to take to work (installing floors) but I didn't want to get him one of those ugly, bulky radios/speakers from the hardware stores. I found this speaker at BB and has worked great for him! It's tough, and most importantly (to him) it's loud. He can hear it from the other end of the house and can even charge his phone on it. We have yet to find a "con" for it. I definitely recommend this product!!

For the smaller size, it has great sound. Bought as a Christmas gift and he loves it. Very portable and bluetooth compatible.

Great sound. Lots of bass capability. Can fill Ther room and I can listen from other rooms in my house. Waterproof and I take it on my boat.
