I work at a ceramics company, in front of a machine press for 8-10 hours a day so it gets repedative and can become boring, So I needed some music to jam out to. Because it gets very loud around the machines I needed something to push through the noise. After extensive research I ended up with this charge3 for a couple of reasons. 1 it is light and portable, 2 it didn't cost me an arm and a leg, and 3 it was surprisingly loud. Now six other people i work with purchased this speaker as well.

This is one awesome bluetooth speaker! In a sea of bluetooth speakers that all sound the same, the JBL Charge stands out, not only in amazing sound, with rich deep bass, but also because this is the speaker you can take anywhere especially around water and not worry. This speaker is totally waterproof so having it on the edge of the pool, or out at the beach, or in your kayak, you do not have to worry about the water destroying your speaker. This is the best bluetooth speaker purchase I have ever made and i'm loving it!

My husband and I bought this in the summer time, so we could use at the pool. So far it’s been a great investment. There’s a possibility it’s gotten wet, but it still working. It also has an amazing battery life. We can go days without charging it. Another thing I like about this JBL is, how portable it is. It’s a decent size so you can transport it anywhere. So far I have no complaints toward this product. Tip: It gots perfectly around the corner edge of your suitcase.

Great sound quality at low or high volumes, battery life was never challenged. Bluetooth set-up was very easy for a total novice.

I compared it to SONY and House of Marley. Better sound and volume than both! Good bass. Waterproof to boot! Not disappointed at al!

This product is even better than the other Bose models. It is Loud. The sound comes through clearly. Also, it has a very good base.

I probably spent an hour listening to the different portable BT speakers that Best Buy had on display. (Kudos to BB for having so many up and running to audition!). This unit far exceeded the audio quality of all of them. Easily. It outperformed more expensive speakers, so this JBL was an easy choice. Is it truly water proof? Yep. I've had it at the bottom of a pool in Mexico, floating down a river in PA and many other places underwater. Still works like a champ.

You get a lot of quality sound in this small box. Bass is awesome. Easy to transport because of the small size.

This is a great speaker with excellent sound. I used it at the beach and by the poor. Durable and waterproof. Highly recommend.

Love my new JBL Charge 3. It has a very loud and good music and base. The battery life and waterproof is also a plus.
