Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this speaker because I knew JBL was a good brand but in my case the speaker I purchased after about 4 or 5 months it became totally distorted. I wasn’t able to listen to any audio at all without distortion (popping noises, crackling). I contacted JBL via phone and they carried me through their process of exchange. The process was very easy. I sent my speaker out after, they received it, they sent a new one back to me. I’m currently using the one they sent me for about a month now and I haven’t had an issue yet.
