This wireless speaker is clear, it sounds great and has great bass. I also like the audio in jack for playing old cds or even old cassette tapes I have with it. Those playing devices are not included. It stays charged for a long time and the blue tooth connection works well also. Over all a great wireless speaker!

When my JBL Charge 2+ died on me almost 2 years ago, I wasn't sure if I would buy another but decided to around my birthday and when it was on sale for $139.99 ($20 more than original one). JBL improved the power cable from USB micro to USB-C, bit did not include a power adapter, which they did with the Charge 2+, and not available to purchase. JBL also did away with the call/mute functions but kept the USB port for charging a smartphone (can't understand the logic behind their decision on this). Anyway, the 20 hours between charging is good and the sound is as well.

I bought this as an alternative the stereo I use in my Garage. The sound from this little speaker puts my Pioneer speakers to shame!! An added benefit is I can take it with me in the yard instead of always wearing headphones. From AC/DC to Metallica to Slayer to ZZ Top all sound excellent through this speaker.

I have had 3 jbl charge 3 soeakers and are awesome! The 4 (unfortunately) only has a single speaker instead of dual speakers on the previous versions. Just as loud with a little more bass when playing at lower volumes. If you havent had a jbl before these and the boom are pretty equal for quality and awesome sound for the price!

Soooo glad I bought this brand and this model! In the store I felt like a comparable Bose sounded better but once I got this JBL home it felt right! Perfect for my bedroom that doesn’t have a tv and when I took it outside while grilling it had the perfect reach in fact it’s weird how great it sounds amongst kids playing but how faint it was when I walked over to my neighbors you could barely hear it! Sony and UE had better deals at the time but I’m familiar with JBL as having a flagship sound bar and having some of their ear phones when they started going wireless! Quality product! One reason I bought this over the Bose that was 150 is because this will charge your phone! It will eat into battery life but it’s a fair trade off.
