Second one of these speakers I have purchased. Battery life has greatly improved but nothing beats the color except, well, the sound. Camping has been a joy with its waterproofing and battery life in all this rain. Very happy camper!

Amazing sounds!! I have JBL charge 3 as well and wanted this one for a surround sound effect, but the app is a bit touchy. I run them off my phone and every time I get a call or text I have to re- sync the speakers. I only dropped the ease of use for the syncing problem..

Love the JBL line of speaker, I have 2 of the charge 4 speakers. Bought one about 5 years ago battery wont hold a charge now so use it plugged in and pair it with the new one, sounds grate. Not sure if the battery is replaceable.

Always loyal with JBL Brand and this charge 4 is absolutely one of a kind. I have charge 3 before and now I got this new one and so far it is working perfectly and produce a very nice sound quality and perfect my small apartment and when I travel too. :)

I use it for travel (not air), home outside, and on my boat. No complaints at all, this is a good product. JBL makes quality audio products. I bought an inexpensive shoulder strap case for it online, makes it a lot easier to move it around.

I got this speaker on sale for $120.00 but even at full price it would still be a steal for the amount of sound this thing puts out. This speaker even puts out a descent amount of bass for how small it is. I couldn't be happier with it.

This little unit really gets load. I was impressed for its size. I use in my office to stream and does a great job.

I got this speaker for my golf cart. It has better base sound than I had expected. Good battery life also.

I listen to music with just about everything I do! I love the fact that I dont have to listen on my phone anymore. The sound is great! I am really glad I bought this speaker. My family is about tired of how much I use it! Great speaker for a great price!

This one better than version 3 they added the type c charger port which is a must now. Its a little louder and works from a futher distance from your phone which is good because i always move around alot. I think its a must purchase.

The sound on this is amazing. It is a bit bigger than expected but still small enough to take anywhere. The only bad thing is that the sound is trapped when facing the other way so it looses its loudness unless it is pointed your way.

This speaker was better than i originally thought it was going to be. I’m impressed. Curbside pickup was a joke though. Couldn’t find the open box I purchased online. Was nice of them to sell me a brand new one at full price though.

I'm enjoying this speaker which was a bit of an upgrade for me. I had the smaller version for over 2 years now and wanted a newer, bigger model. This was perfect for me. The sound quality is great and works great in my bedroom which is mainly where I use it.

Good waterproof speaker that helps charge other devices, win/win for day at beach, pool, or on the water.

They’re definitely better sounding speakers but I purchased for the durability and it has not disappointed!

Bought one for myself in August after my daughter took the smaller JBL we owned to college. My son came home on leave from the Navy and saw mine and said how he loved it and wanted one so I bought this as one of his Christmas presents

Very good sound reproduction, easy to operate. Charging life is ok, not optimal

Bought this speaker for my hunny to use while he works at the shop. He loved it that, he would bring it everywhere. My sister in law saw it and said that is the one she wanted. Guess who has it now. But we upgraded to the Xtreme2. Both are great.
