Unfortunately there's no microphone for Bluetooth phone calls. Also, cannot skip songs from the speaker, you have to change from whichever device is connected.

It sounded like the unit was playing music in mono only (perhaps the unit i bought was defective). I returned the JBL Charge 4 and in its place i bought a Sony SRS-XB33 which I'm happier with (i can hear the stereo separation with the Sony on one unit and i bought a second Sony SRS-XB33 unit. Sorry JBL. Sony is still the best.
