First off there is no charging block included. Secondly battery life is no where near 20 hours, I'm lucky to get 6-8. And lastly charging takes longer then 4 hours. I don't know if I just got a defective model or if it was a return but it is a let down compared to my charge 3.

Bose makes wonderful products, but I have found that they keep on breaking down and have to be sent back for repairs. In comparison to the Bose mini speaker, the JBL is an overall disappointment. It is large and clumsy. The sound quality is adequate, but not nearly as good as the Bose. But I am tired of sending things back to Bose for repair.

Great for a medium size speaker

Does not always work. App STINKS. Forget stereo mode. If you need one speaker these are fine. Sound great by the way. If you want multiple speakers, move on to another system, I ended up with Sonos.

I loved the color and the feature of being able to charge my phone but, I wish the speaker volume was able to play louder and even had more bass. I unfortunately had to return it to the store because I needed a louder speaker for a party.

Less than expected

The sound seems to go in and out especially if my phone is not literally right beside the speaker. I can’t even hold my phone and turn around. But again it might just be the one I have is defective.
