I figured the brand and size, this product would be powerful. To my dismay, I did not like the sound. Didn’t have power and your bass was not what you would expect just sounded low. I did return this speaker, wasn’t what I expected and for the price.

It's normal for speakers to have a lower volume whenever you're using them for outdoor purposes. The reason for that is because sound travels through space, and having your music in a confined space such as a room would limit the sound waves' travel. What isn't normal is when you're using the speakers and here's an audio distortion or intermittent playback. Unfortunately, this is not it! It is a nice speaker - very user friendly and portable but not the bang we needed.

The first one I purchased from Overstock had the same exact problem. It is supposed to have 20 hours of battery/play time. However, it always goes dead anywhere between 1 to 8 hours after turning on, even when it was fully charged. Also, it doesn’t charge. You can have it plugged in all day and it just doesn’t charge. I’ve tried different outlets & tried a hard reset, a couple times. This thing is a piece of crap Also, now I can’t return or exchange for a different brand. Was evacuated during fires in CA recently, which is why I only just started using the speaker (we just were allowed back home). I understand the 30 day return policy. However, in this circumstance it’s quite frustrating

I have a Bluetooth speaker I paid $16 for, it's barely 4 inches big, and it has almost as much volume and more base! I've tried different devices,same results. Mediocre. Disappointing!
