Stereo Not Working

I had to return one because it wouldn't turn off.

Better than I expected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a former owner of a JBL flip 4 and my wife still have the Bose SoundLink color 2, i can totally say that both are no match for the mighty jbl charge 4, bass is way better, performance at high levels is great, I work between 10 and 12 hours a day and it is surprising that battery can take on 2 days!! I use it for music and talk shows, is just impressive how long battery last!! Music is allowed in my company so everyone has a wireless speaker, I compare mine to others, ue boom 2, ue megaboom, flip 4, no speaker last longer than mine and no speaker sound better around 150 dollars
I would recommend this to a friend crackling when paired with another speaker

When in stereo mode, there's a crackling sound, like a loose wire. I only use them once a week, and after exchanging another speaker that I thought was the problem, then a delay in my weekly use of the devices due to the ice storm in Texas, I used my new speaker and this one again this morning and had the same crackling issue in Stereo mode. And of course I'm nine days late for Best Buy's return policy...

I compared the quality of sound and thought the Flip 4 sounded better. The speakers were larger and bulkier than the Flip 4. I returned them.

They sent me a used speaker

Disappointed but it does work at least.

The second one did the same think. (sound cutting in and out.) I thought it was a problem with my HDMI cable, but it wasn't. I returned the second one and got a Bose model 416776 and it works perfectly. No sound cutting out and great sound from Bose. Will never buy JBL again. Will stick with Bose.

Then I purchased this new release charge 4 could not believe the poor quality sound out of it it’s a big step back from older models. Extremely disappointed hope they step back up or it’s time to shop other brands.
