    Lasted about two years of VERY light use before the unit failed to take a charge. Definitely didn't get my money's worth out of it, would not buy a JBL product again, even with the insurance.

    JBL customer service is terrible and best buy is not much better! I am deployed so it took some time for me to get the item, well it is defective and I asked JBL and was told to update firmware, unpair, reset and re-pair and well as I told them it makes noises when it isnt paired like the insides have a loose wire! It won't connect to music it just thumps! Geek squad and best buy online told me to take back to my local store for a refund but when I told them I am deployed they were beyond confused and resorted to the "call Geek squad or call best buy customer service" Wow. Great help!

      This isn't the experience we wanted our customers to have with our products. The refund is done through the retailer where the unit was bought from. We have a one-year limited coverage for our products. If you need help with filing a claim, please reach out to our Customer Support. JBL

    I will never deal With this co or it’s products again! You can not deal with a supervisor, they leave you on hold until you hang up , over two hours on four occasions. And over thirty minutes on 8 occasions, they will not help you! They are an Unamerican co! And don’t care about their quality! Products or reputation!! Save your money, buy from ANY OTHER CO THAN THIS ONE!
