We use this for camping, pool parties, beach trips, backyard activities - you name it, if we need music, we use this. At some point I may buy another second unit, pair it, and use them simultaneously during large social functions. It sounds great and is very portable.

I purchased this speaker for my son to listen to his music from his phone. It sounds great and he loves it. The ability to be able to recharge his phone when it's low on battery is a huge plus. We definitely recommend this speaker!

Best speaker of its size. Louder than expected. Nice bass. Easy to use. Ive tried many different companies bluetooth speakers and I’m a permanent JBL user now. Wish I didn’t waste so much money on the other company’s. The Charge 4 is better than I had hoped it would be. Great purchase. Don’t second guess it. Unless your getting a bigger JBL.

I use mainly for watching movies off a chrome book laptop where the audio on has died. My only option is to connect a speaker via Bluetooth. This brings out the low tones. It seems to have very good battery life too. This is my first JBL product. I am now a fan and would consider buying other JBL products.

Like the title this is my first Bluetooth speaker I have purchased. I got it for my iPad for when I’m watching movies or sports on the go. I must say it is definitely worth the investment. Great and loud sound out of a relatively small item. Charges quick with usb type c. Does not come with a wall adapter so I use an 18w wall adapter from Apple.

Great bass, clear sound. Easy to control. Great for outdoor use.

Works exactly as advertised. Lots of volume; works great in bathroom while showering. Easy to pair to phone and iPad. Good sound when head is at approximately same height as the speaker. When head is significantly off axis, you lose a lot of the treble, so place it carefully for best results.

I use this speaker every day. It is surprisingly loud for it's size. It packs a big punch. I've also used to for sound while watching movies on a projector, in the back yard. Was able to pair it with another charge 4 that my buddy bought after seeing mine. It was almost like we had surround sound. Great speaker!

--------Only used speaker indoors-------- Great bass sound that doesn't overpower the highs. The battery tends to last about a week's worth of daily use (2-2.5hrs) on a full charge. If taken to full volume it is certainly very powerful, albeit to the sacrifice of some sound quality. But that minor flaw, much like any I've encountered and since forgotten, can be forgiven when you hear the clear and powerful sound that you are getting from a speaker that vaguely resembles a carton of milk in both size and weight.

This speaker is great. Sounds great and holds its charge well. I will use it for about 6-7 hours, and still have more than half the battery left, but if you do use it to charge your phone and play music at the same time. It will drain pretty quickly. Highly recommend, it is a great bluetooth speaker!

I love love my portable jbl. It’s one of best things I ever bought. It is lite weight. I take it with me on all my trips. The Bluetooth feature allows me to listen to all my favorite music wherever I am. By the pool, in my room, or just going for a walk with it in my bag. It gives you a great volume.

This is the best Bluetooth speaker I have ever owned in my life!! I have been listening to it a lot the last few days, and it still shows near a full charge. The 20 hour battery life is awesome! And if needed, I can charge my phone from the back side of the speaker. This speaker exceeds expectations!

great speakers. I was surprised by the amount of Volume. I do not need to play them anywhere near full volume and they are more than enough speaker for my back yard. They are perfect for placing on the shelf of my hot tub. I did purchase 2 of them so I can put them in stereo mode through the app.

Great for a quick and easy way to surround-sound your room with the bonus feature of portability. I purchased this as a xmas present for my kids. The other present was a Bluetooth enabled TV. As lo and behold instant soundbar with deep rich base + portability. Win Win all around

This wireless speaker is clear, it sounds great and has great bass. I also like the audio in jack for playing old cds or even old cassette tapes I have with it. Those playing devices are not included. It stays charged for a long time and the blue tooth connection works well also. Over all a great wireless speaker!
