I had a Bose Bluetooth speaker that I thought was the bees knees. It stopped charging so I grabbed this JBL on a sale. The sound is incredible! Deep, clear, and full. I love that you can connect it to other units. I’m thinking about a second and third for when we have parties in the summer. Only issue is the strap that comes with it was broken when I opened. I’m hoping JBL can send me a new one.

If I could have only one bluetooth speaker, this would be it. I love BT speakers and have lot of them. I favor smaller speakesr with big sound. The Marshall Emberton II is excellent. I also love the value offered bby Soundcore. But this JBLspeaker has the best sound of all without being too large (it is larger than my other speakers though). Nice bass, clear mids & highs and more volume than I need. Plus it's rugged and waterproof. On sale, it's a must have. Even if it's not on sale, still a great buy.

Great sound for small speaker very portable bass is great ..

This is a very good speaker. I actually own the JBL Charge 5, and purchased this when my 5 took some water damage (probably due to the USB port cover not being totally closed) and stopped working. I purchased this as a replacement and the new features like the carrying strap and the larger base are nice, but honestly I don't see it as enough of an upgrade to be worth it other than the fact that there is no more USB port cover to worry about - as far as sound quality I can't tell much difference between this and the 5. The other thing that I found very annoying is that they have a new version of the connectivity used to put these speakers in party mode and I can't pair it with my Charge 5 (which started working again after a few days of drying). Overall I would save the 50 bucks or so extra that this speaker costs and just go with the 5, especially if you won't be using it in water.

Great sound Excellent battery life Sound is decently customizable with JBL app Would have given it 5 stars if it included a charging cable! IMO for what it cost, it should come with one.

It came 90% charged and I still haven’t charged it yet, sound quality is great.

Its a good choice for a speaker its right in the middle of most options in price range. It provided good quatilty sound with a good bass to it. Its also a good size that can still be considered portable.

I do like the long battery life, good sound and the range is ok.

Just what i needed to assist with playing my guitar. I'm able to pratice at the volume level that i was hoping for. Sound is excellent and is a better quality then me previos speaker.

This speaker doesn’t come with a power cord you have to buy that separately for an additional cost of about $20.00 other then that the speaker sounds great and lasts a long while

I use this daily and has been good. It is sturdy and able to carry with me all over.
