Overpriced for no reason. My UE MEGABOOM 3 still outperforms this JBL, and it’s cheaper! How does that make sense? The bass drops off badly once you hit 50–80% volume. The app is terrible.. you can’t even power the speaker on through it, and there’s no button on the speaker to check battery life. Meanwhile, the UE Megaboom app is smooth and user-friendly, the bass holds strong even at max volume, you get true 360° sound, and the battery lasts longer. Sorry JBL, but you really dropped the ball on this one.

I got a refurbished JBL charger 6 in excellent condition, and the speaker was good but the handle was broken, I had to glue the handle to the speaker so it would stay.

Item is great. Purchased with other items. Would not recommend best but for anyone. After pushing a my Best Buy membership and Best Buy credit card they would not honor price matching. Avoid Best Buy for anything

It was ok for sound but not enough bass for my liking.

For the price i would not buy it again. It does not sound as good as i was told. Then it went on sale same week i bought it, could have saved $60 dollars. I would have felt better about it then.

Received a damaged speaker. Full of just static. These speakers usually have amazing sound

I just got these today and I like them so far. For the size, it can really output the sound! The only downsize i have found is it is very heavy on the bass, but if you like that then it would be great. Overall good sound quality and a very portable, rugged, and small sized speaker.

Bringing this back today not charging correctly then only last about 2 hours

This is an upgrade from My Charge 5 e it didn't seem worth the extra money looking at the features, but it is a much more crisp sound, and I am glad I updated. It is also nice that it is just USBc now the old USBa to charge phone was nice but it is nicer only needing a single cord. It also now comes with a strap which is nice. I have only had it for an hour, but I can't imagine I will find anything wrong with it.

The best speaker they have made yet. How do they keep doing it? The sound and the battery are awesome.

This little speaker sounds like my surround sound, crisp and clear, no distortion… it’s very easy to set up on any phone. This is probably the best Bluetooth speaker I have ever owned!!!!!!

Works great as expected. Sound is clear. Love the capability of charging my phone with it.
