Packs a powerful punch. The JBL app allows me to EQ the speaker. My wife took my first one and I had to buy another. Now we link both speakers for a big room stereo sound. The ability to charge my phone makes beach parties non-stop! Great product.

The is a very good portable speaker that won't break the bank. More than adequate for personal listening with clear sound and good bass at low to mid volume. It will fill a large room but it's more suited to providing background music at a party.

The sound is great! I’ve used this inside, outside, while I’m showering, and for a small gathering. This speaker sounds great! The fact that it charges phones as well is an added bonus. I haven’t had any issues with it so far. I feel like I never have to charge it.

I have the Flip 6 and this Charge 5, the bass is better on the Charge and battery lasts forever. Both are great speakers, just depends on your preference and how much bass you want.

Great sound from small package. Good bass without overwhelming mid-range. Using for hot tub soaks. Sits on platform so have not tried submerging or floating but why when sound quality is just fine sitting on platform. Good value.
