Great sound on low or on high, could take anywhere with no issue connecting. And safe to drop on to the floor.

This is the 4th JBL Charge 5 speaker I have purchased. The sound quality and batter life are great for a portable speaker.

Sound is good and having extra power to charge items is great.

I have since switched from Sonos back to JBL due to some horrible customer service from Sonos. Alli can say is I’m glad I came back JBL sounds amazing and without the big price tag. Well worth the money.

Incredible sound! Bought for a beach vacation and home use outdoors at the pool. Battery life is long- didn’t have to charge it all week and sound is loud. Wish it came with a case and it wasn’t so heavy but worth it!

I was looking for a new speaker due to my old one breaking, this JBL speaker is hands down the best!! It has all the buttons you could ask for!! The bass is super good!! Highly recommend for an everyday use speaker!! Not too bulky nor small, just the right size!!

I am extremely happy with this JBL speaker. It's waterproof and the sound is incredible for the price. I wasn't happy with the smaller JBL units and kept returning them until I got this one which gives me the sound I wanted all along. This one was the winner!

Good rugged speaker seems better than the charge 4 dont have my old charge 4 to compare it to but seems like more battery charge and more crisper cleaner sound from the lil speaker

Overall seems to be a good product. Sound is good. However, I was not able to customize the sound with the app.

For the size, battery life, volume level, easy of use, definitely a 5 star item. My only negative to this item is the frequency response isn't quite as good as I would like (although we are talking about tiny speakers) and there is no AUX input. I really wanted to be able to use it as a plugged in computer speaker. bluetooth creates lag when using for software, but alas that is not what this speaker is really designed for so....

Excellent sound, compact size and Best Buy had it at a great price. I wanted waterproof and this one had that feature as well.

The staff member that assist me was very knowledgeable about the products and was willing to go the extra inches to accommodate me with what i wanted.
