I bought this after hearing one at a Christmas party I went to recently. The amount of sound and deepness of the bass that came out of this speaker blew me away. It's truly impressive.

The sound quality is amazing but of course it is JBL. Also if you use it with your cell phone you can download an equalizer and adjust the speaker to your preferences

Hubby had the JBL Flip 4, so when I bought him his bluetooth turntable, I figured he needed a speaker upgrade. As always, JBL has excellent sound, and this was a fantastic upgrade!!

I have two of these that I run in stereo for music and in mono for podcasts. So far I have been very happy with this setup. There are only two issues that I do not like. In order to get them to play in stereo you have to use the "JBL Portable" app which not only requires location be turned on, it also uploads your location to the JBL servers and records it (see the JBL privacy policy). I value my privacy, so I will be getting around this by using an Android "location spoofing" app to make it seem that I am always at home. The second issue I have is that when playing music from my Android smartphone it is impossible to play the music at a low volume; it seems that there are two volumes available: very loud and deafening. I fixed this issue by using the developer option "Disable absolute volume".

I’ve purchased countless JBL, Sony, Sonos and other off brands over the years. This by far is the best bang for the buck. I strongly recommend this for listening at home, using on the jobsite, hanging out on the beach or connecting it to your laptop while gaming. Best purchase for me in 2024.

Great speaker. Full sound, plenty of power. Lasts throughout the work day and then some....

For a speaker on the smalled side this thing is pretty loud. I purchased it to give it as a gift and they loved it. We used it all night and were very satisfied with it.

For the price it has good sound. App is a must to download
