One of the cool features it has is that you can charge your phone on the speaker too if you run out of battery. Yes it’s a power bank too on top of a great sounding speaker. I take it with me to the beach when I bbq for get together and it gets pretty loud for a small form factor speaker.

Love this speaker! It is perfect for playing music loud in a single, large room! I am really surprised at how much sound can come from such a small unit. And the quality of the sound is great when playing at low and high volume.

JBL speaker is the right size, making it easy to carry around, fits well in my backpack. The sound is robust, clean highs, clear mids and deep bass. The speaker is loud and the charge last trough out the day. The only improvement I would suggest is adding a set of loops that would allow the speaker to be hooked to a shoulder strap. Overall this is an excellent speaker.

Wow, this speaker is awesome! The sound will blow you away! I love that it has lots of bass and you can really turn it up and hear it loud and clear. I was completely happy with this speaker. I like the size of it, the quality of the sound, the price, it being waterproof, just everything about it! I know I will be enjoying it each and every day.

This speaker is awesome! The sound is loud, clear, and has solid bass for its size. It’s perfect for pool days or the beach since it’s waterproof, and the battery lasts forever. Love that I can charge my phone from it too. The red color looks sharp, and it feels tough enough to handle being tossed in a bag. Highly recommend if you need a speaker that’s easy to take anywhere.

This speaker is really great! It has amazing bass, it’s loud, it’s super portable, and has a phenomenal battery life. I have no complaints about it so far, I enjoy every time I turn it on. I tend to take it to work and one full charge will last me the whole work week, which is around 30 hours, can’t complain there. Even my coworkers enjoy it, and one bought the same one!

Nbs im not even gonna lie this speaker is absolutely amazing, it is the perfect size for portability and just loud enough for yourself and your friends to jam out to music and not loud to annoy other people, the battery lasts forever and it’s very much waterproof, accidentally dropped it in a pool and it still runs and sounds beautiful.

Small and easy to carry on. Great sound. The bass is great. The mids and highs are clear and crisp. The battery life is amazing and I love that you can charge your device with the speaker. Portability is the forte of this speaker, take it out to the patio or the beach and crank the tunes.

First and foremost, dang. Just wanted to upgrade my speaker to something with a little bit more sound quality, without breaking the bank. While this is a more costly unit, it’s worth every cent. This gives you bass to tha face when blasting that 90’s rap. Crispy, super bright tones when rocking out and it’s not drowning with the sound of the mini subwoofer like I’ve heard in most others. This thing sounds phenomenal whether you’re at the absolute lowest setting and (obviously) the loudest. Washed my car the other day not paying attention where my speaker was, to say the least it’s definitely pretty water resistant. It also took a decent fall to concrete and it just bounced like a ball. I mean it would take some actual effort and neglect to break one of these, or ruin it with water. Would recommend to anyone for any needs, especially the job site.

Previously owned a Flip 3, and an earlier model of the Charge. This is a great improvement to what I thought was already an awesome product, GREAT sound quality, fills an entire room, amazing bass. Charging capabilities are great when outdoors. Great battery. I also like the power level indicator on the front . Easily connects to devices, i wish I could toggle the start up sound on and off though, only downside to me.

Purchased my JBL Charge 5 just after the announcement of the JBL Charge 6, as it had recently been discounted to clear space for the incoming model. Best Buy offered the Charge 5 with an impressive discount that brought the price lower than the Flip model, making it a no-brainer. The speaker is nothing short of impressive, especially when graduating from a Flip 3 to a Charge 5. Battery life is excellent, as is the sound quality. Many times I've considered purchasing a second to pair with, but there is simply no need, as one speaker is enough to fill the house with music.

Product is exactly what I was hoping for! This speaker is perfect for all occasions, and the power bank is perfect for being on the go or just needing a quick charge here and there. The speaker is not too heavy, and the app lets you customize the equalizer for the perfect sound. Would recommend to anybody in the market for a new portable speaker.

A little pricey, but it’s definitely worth it. I deliver packages all day and it still can play music loud enough to fill my truck. The water proof is nice too, I use it while I shower too. Bass is very impressive for its size. It’s also nice that it doubles as a battery bank.

JBL charge 5 is dope little compact speaker with excellent sound and a excellent way to charge up other devices if you don't have a battery pack the sound is ultimate and premium and satisfying I do recommend buying this device is also light not so heavy and if you get a chance to get a cover to help protect it do it and also very command buying a second one so you can hear the dual connection that they can do together big upps to JBL I recommend. I forgot this little booger can stay charged up to 20 hours.

I love it. Great upgrade from the Charge 4, the new tweeter sounds great with the improved bass. The battery life is fantastic. If you’re having issues with it, make sure you update the software by downloading the JBL app, and updating it on the speaker. I got the red, nice color choice (for me), the metal ‘!’ Marks on the sides are a nice touch.

Best portable speaker. Plenty of power, plenty of bass. Easy to connect and battery life is great. Take it with me in the shower, work, and doing stuff around the house. Perfect for parties and small get together. Listen to all kinds of music, it all sounds great. Also with podcasts. It’s perfect at low volume too when you want to listen to a book or podcast to fall asleep too but don’t want to wake anyone up.

I love JBL speakers. This one is definitely worth the money. It is very rugged with a decent weight to it. It produces balanced and high quality sound. You can pair it with other JBL speakers that have the same pairing option. Very pleased with this speaker!

For the price and size the speaker is very loud even in outdoor environments. It doesn’t even loose sound quality at max volume. In underwater occurrences it upholds its claims. The battery life is also very good. It can last well of over 8 hours. I definitely recommend this product
