I have the Flip 6 and this Charge 5, the bass is better on the Charge and battery lasts forever. Both are great speakers, just depends on your preference and how much bass you want.

Just what I was looking for. Small and portable, but big sound! Great for the lake or beach, and the ability to charge your phone with the speaker really makes this a great little speaker. And... got it on sale! Win-win-win! Very happy with my purchase.

Have had this over a year and still going strong . Wish it had a little more mid-range but for the price, can't beat it. Small enough to throw in a backpack for a day trip or can take it on the road.

I hace always used jbl products, had a charge 3, then a charge 4 and now this one. Battery lasts a lot, sound is mint for my apartment and love the look of it!

Great sound from small package. Good bass without overwhelming mid-range. Using for hot tub soaks. Sits on platform so have not tried submerging or floating but why when sound quality is just fine sitting on platform. Good value.

Great Speaker! JBL does really well with these Bluetooth speakers. I have this one and the small one and they both have great sound and can really fill a room. This one is best for outdoor use compared to the small one

I own several bluetooth speakers of different manufacturers. I have two charge 4's and the Charge 5 has a significant sound quality enhancements with the tweeter addition. The separation and clarity are much better on the 5. Also it is noticeably louder at the high end of the volume range.

You cannot beat a waterproof speaker in the summer. Especially a speaker that has great sound ond volume. I have purshased 3 of theseand link them together

Fabulous sound, super loud, love that it pairs with my other JBL speaker, pairs easily with various devices, and it’s a power bank too. Exactly what I needed.

I’ve taken this thing onto a boat and have been using it heavily at 40% volume. Pretty good battery life and sound still has very nice range for its size. Connects and disconnects to devices quickly and easily recognized. Doesn’t roll off the table or when on sea, would get another.

The JBL outdoor Speaker is fantastic! The sound is superior, the size is great for carrying to your favorite place to enjoy your favorite music. I would purchased again if I ever needed another one!
