Great features, charging my phone while playing good sounding audio

This speaker really packs a punch for its size. Great sound and battery life too. I needed a speaker to give me more volume for outdoor activities and this is the one.

Bass is nice and punchy and very well balanced. Battery also last surprisingly long for the sounds its able to produce.

I’ve been using this at work for a year. The sound quality depths and mids are rich and highs subtle. Blows away Rockville's ceiling speaker. No comparison. I also had the flip first but the Charge 5 is far superior.

Nice improvement from the 4.. it now has some bass.. i dont like the battery display. I know JBL batteries burn easy when overcharging. So im hesitant to full charge when i cant tell where I'm at. Still, its the most durable and more importantly to me, it's waterproof. However, get the geek protection. No worries with any of my purchases.

The speaker itself is really good, first JBL that I own. Amazing sound quality, decent batery and good sound volume, a little bit limited for parties but it can do the job. The only problem that I had was a couple of days ago, playing in the pool we dropped the speaker to the swiming pool and after a couple of seconds it stopped working. We let it rest but it didn't turn on that night. I left it in a dry warm place for over 5 days and nothing, now it turns on but it just turns off again after a couple of seconds, nothing I can really do now. I'm in the process to return it to JBL since I still have the warranty but is not exactly an esay proccess. Probably I just had bad luck with the product but I wouldn't recomend to put it in the water, if that happened to me it could be the same with yours. Other than that 100% recomended.

It has amazing sound quality. It is definitely loud enough. I upgraded from a charge 3 that i have had for years. Definitely well worth the upgrade.
