This speaker delivers everything the sales person said it would. Quality sound at a reasonable price. During its first use at the beach, it got wet with no adverse effect! I’m very happy with this product!

This speaker blows Beats out of the water! I take it everywhere just in case. It is easy to carry and the sound is spectacular. It can carry those deep bass tones that other speakers fizzle out on.

Beutiful sound. The. Bass is strong and intense. The Bluetooth allowed me to connect my speaker to my tablet long listance more than 20 feet with perfect signal. I belive that this JBL is the best sound of it class.

Finally a good one. I had to return this speaker like 3 times cause it wouldn’t hold a charge. Finally the one I got was better, but I was losing hope there for a second. Now that I have one that wasn’t in a batch of faulty ones, I love this speaker - great sound quality for the price and long battery life.

great sound from this speaker, quick connect, fast usbc charging. Only wish the battery lasted a little longer to get me through my shift but still great!

I bought this to use in my old Toyota pickup as a radio since it doesn’t have one that works. I have used this speaker every single day with very few exceptions for a couple years now while driving and just outside doing yard work or at a cookout and it had never given me any trouble and the battery still lasts several hours without needing a charge. Very highly recommend

This speaker is GREAT. I use it all the time to listen to Sirus/XM off of my iPhone. Great sound, and the camo color is the bomb.

This is the second one i bought. The sound ks great and the connectivty is awesome

I was doing some work around my son's house when I noticed one of these sitting on a shelf. I connected my phone to it without any issues or instructions, and was surprised at how good it sounded. When I returned home I couldn't wait to get one of my own. Went to Best Buy the next day and grabbed one. The sound quality on these things is amazing for the size. The powerbank feature is great for charging your phone while listening to music is a bonus. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

Wanted to try newest of the "charge series". My first one was the "charge 2". It still works great and holds a long charge, its just not weather resistant and i thought newer version should sound better. They removed features from it that the charge 2 has such as microphone and when its paired to device the phone is no longer present for connectivity. I miss it only for listening to voice mails, not to hold a conversation through it. I haven't used it enough to see how well the battery holds up. The sound wasnt much different from charge 2 until i added their app and updated their firmware and that made a difference and it sounds punchier now. Wish it could pair up with the other two JBL speakers i have. Their "extreme" speaker battery is a joke. Replaced it once and it charges the same. Goes from dead to 3 of 5 lights as soon as its plugged in. Seems its more to do with their internal charge control board. I quit using it for the simple reason it needs to be plugged in too much. Hope this doesn’t happen to this "charge 5". Although it uses USB C port to charge it instead of an A/C power supply like their "extreme series" uses making it mostly unusable while outside or away.

I have 2 of these speakers. I link them and they work great. I've had them for about 2 weeks, so this is not a long-term review. The sound is rich and true. I like the portability and ease of use. Overall, a great product!

Bought to use in my vehicle after radio died. Works better than the '98 factory speakers in the truck. Battery lasts for hours and charges with my USB phone charger.
