More bass than i thought it would have. Very handy and light for traveling! Loud enough to use for outside, or in a vehicle! The settings on it from the app are very nice! The charge on it lasts me a few days before i have to charge it again!

I've always loved JBL Bluetooth speakers. This little banger is no exception! Loud. Clear. Great sound! I didn't realize what a little ham this thing was until I received it. With that being said it's not overly huge. Perfect size of you want something a little bigger than the flip series with the extra volume and bass. Just buy it!

JBL always sounds amazing and this speaker is no different. Good bass punch and clear highs. Battery life is pretty good as well. I used all day and still had decent amount left. I have been outside my front door and changed songs with the speaker in back of my 2200 sqft house. picks up excellent. I went the route of cheaper speakers. Turned out to be a waste of Money.

Love the speaker and sound. Perfect size to stick in a backpack water bottle spot and take camping or to a party. Have hopes of using it with an outdoor TV with a Bluetooth connection. Battery life has been more than I expected.

I purchased this JBL Charge 5 to replace my wife's JBL Charge 3 which had failed after several years of service by the pool, kayaking and as a general use bluetooth speaker. I have to say that the Charge 5 has a much richer sound signature and seems to be an overall better portable speaker in every way.

This speaker is fabulous. The audio quality is superb. It has great highs and mids, with a deep, rich bass reproduction. The battery life is great. I charged it fully and ran it at a moderate level for 10 hours on the first day and 11 hours the next day and still had a moderate amount of charge left. This speaker is great, and will playback at extremely high levels. It is easy to set up with Bluetooth and playback is easy. I will be getting one in the near future, for a stereo response.

This speaker may be small but it's mighty! It has excellent sound and is easy to pair with your device. We bought this for the beach and used it all week and never had to charge it. Added bonus is you can use it as a charger by connecting a USB charging cable to charge your phone.

I love this JBL charge 5 spraker it's awesome to listen to music on and the sound is awesome with plenty of Bass and loud music when using the speaker

This speaker kicks! Sound in incredible for such a small speaker. We have 2 different version of the flip and we thought they worked well, Tia speaker really raises the bar. Great bass, crisp tight sound and the battery last an incredibly long time. Buy this speaker and you won’t be sorry.

Dust proof speaker, paint and claw an around your house, leave at one spot for a long time and no dust will be absorbed into this speaker.

This speaker is worth the money! It lasts about 6 hours at full volume, and the volume is loud! I work outside and the rain didn’t slow nor stop and neither did my speaker. Worth. Every. Cent!

I bought this from the York store, a friendly team that couldn't do more to help. I had heard the smaller Flip 5 and fell in love with it's punchy sound with a surprising bass extension given it's size. As we do a lot of travelling I thought the Charge 5 with it's power out would come in useful given all my family members have devices. The additional and smooth tweeter gave a noticeable sheen to every instrument and it definitely had extra warmth and bass-whump (probably not a real word) over it's little brother. It came in very useful for watching lap-top videos in the evenings, and in spite of being mono it absolutely nailed the powerhouse soundtrack so important in helping to create the emotional drama of S4 of Stranger Things (our nightly fix when indoors) and although will never compete with a full-range HiFi, does a very competent job in rendering the detail found in more intimate music, rendering the subtle grain in the voice of Damien Rice and being able to define the leading edge to the piano of Bill Evans. Acoustic bass was very tuneful and was convincingly solid enough for me. So all-in-all a very chunky and well made product, no hesitation in recommending to this that hate the sounds from their tablets, phones and laptops!

Overall, the speaker is a great buy for the price.sound quality is great, has impressive volume, and has good bass. One minor complaint I have is that the battery can drain if you use the custom EQ settings on the JBL app.

Best sound quality small speaker in the market. JBL is known for there quality and this speaker does not disappoint. The ability to link to other JBL speakers makes for a great sound experience. Highly recommend this product!
