There was times where it would not connect to the Wifi. Also would lose connection in middle of song. I have good internet connection so I know it was not my internet issue. I had one speaker similar to this one before and never had any issues with it.

I have a ring camera and have proof of never receiving my package. I will never buy from here again. No one was helpful. Poor customer service.
