The Charge5 is meant to add sound to small gatherings indoors or outdoors. It will take a beating and keep working. (my Charge3 hit the concrete many times, though it eventually lost fidelity). Definately overpowered for my office desk at work. Great for any room in the house.

The sound was great and connection was easy. The only thing was it had no auxiliary so I returned it for another item and having a hard time getting the same sound from other speakers. I would buy back if there was an auxiliary in a heartbeat.

Too bad the boomboxes didn’t. Sounds way better than the boomboxes. Not just bass. Love it. Good sound for a small speaker. Love it! But should it have a charging issue?
