I BOUGHT THE SPEAKER AND IT WORKS GREAT VERY CLEAR AND LOUD. THE SPEAKER IS WELL BUILT AND THE BATTERY LAST ALL DAY. THE SPEAKER CHARGES QUICKLY AND IS EASY TO CARRY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SPEAKER FOR ANY A GREAT SOUND IN ANY LOCATION OF THE HOUSE.

Great speaker for the price and size. It gets pretty loud, good bass, and great battery life. If you are trying to decided between the Charge 5 and Xtreme 3, having owned both, I can't justify the price increase.

Nice little compact Speaker. Very rugged construction. Battery life lasts all day and more. I use it in my office for a little background music and listening to pod casts. Cant give it a 5 Star because of the lack of base but I can imagine it's almost impossible due to its size to get anymore base.

I successfully got my pick up order and it’s better than my charge 4 if you prefer a small but loud speaker I prefer this JBL charge 5

Purchased a different brand and it just didn’t have the sound I was looking for outside. Returned it and purchased this one and am very pleased. Great sound outside, waterproof and decent battery charge since I like my music loud all the time.

My husband and I LOVE this speaker. I got it for him because we had an older JBL that was losing it'a charge pretty quickly after being used so much. Upgrading to the Charge 5 has been great. The sound quality is amazing we we love that we now have two to use. (even if the other one dies a little quicker) The waterproof capabilities is a bonus for us, as we love to listen to music while were showering, so not having to worry about any moisture damage, is really awesome.

Had this speaker for a while now and it works great, sounds amazing, long lasting battery, and it IF FACT IS water resistant.
