Had this speaker for a while now and it works great, sounds amazing, long lasting battery, and it IF FACT IS water resistant.

Purchased my JBL Charge 5 just after the announcement of the JBL Charge 6, as it had recently been discounted to clear space for the incoming model. Best Buy offered the Charge 5 with an impressive discount that brought the price lower than the Flip model, making it a no-brainer. The speaker is nothing short of impressive, especially when graduating from a Flip 3 to a Charge 5. Battery life is excellent, as is the sound quality. Many times I've considered purchasing a second to pair with, but there is simply no need, as one speaker is enough to fill the house with music.

Watch you tube everybody likes sound of JBL Char5 over UE megaboom 3 and boom 3. I did too. Purchased and turned on JBL Charge 5 sounds great switch to UE Boom 3 -almost the same sound. Tried Rock,Pop and dance music and I was shock to say they were both very good. I was a little disappointed that the bass C5 would not pop more than UE. However I ride eBikes around 30 to 45mph and I cannot hear the music from my UE Boom 3 when riding But the JBL Charge 5 was Golden the bass came straight out. Huge difference So now 100% sold.

Great speaker. Bass is great but only has 1 tweeter so his arent that good but still better than a lot of other speakers. Like the feature that you can get stereo sound if you pair 2 of them. And battery lasts me about 8 hours easy none stop.

Love this speaker. Speaker has a wide range of volume. It is easy to operate. Battery lasts a long time. Color is fantastic.

I love everything about it. The volume, bass, etc. We took it tubing & was able to use it for 3+ hrs without it disconnecting to bluetooth or running out of battery.

This speaker sound good, good battery, clear and great bass, I like when I’m at home and chill with music, I don't need to turn up the volume so much to sound good, about the charge your phone works good, 9.5 for me
