guess i got a defective one

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i love my charge 3 and decided to upgrade,while the speaker sounded great I was only getting 2 hours of use at 90 percent volume and I didn't didnt think it was worth it. I'll just keep using my charge 3 with a small portable charger and it runs all 8 hrs at full blast for work

If the speaker doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the speaker.
