I purchased 2 of them to play off of my JBL Boombox 3 but was very disappointed to find out after the fact that you can only run the party connection feature from a cell phone and not a pc which was my original set up.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Many devices now default to Absolute Volume, but can be changed to Independent Volume in the device settings. If your device is currently set to Independent Volume, it is possible that one or both of the volume settings are set too low to give you adequate volume. Please try adjusting the device volume to 75%-100% and adjust the volume of the speaker to your desired level. If the issue persists, we'd like to work with you directly to address the issues you're experiencing with your JBL Charge 5 and provide other troubleshooting steps. Nice Sound but Power Issues

Becomes a problem if you want to take it somewhere and its dead by the time you want to use it because it will not power down. I have looked it up online and all of the troubleshooting methods did not work. Had it 6 days over the return period so I cannot return.l
