I love jbl, but had one Charge 2 or 3 die on me. Have high hopes that this one will last longer.

Small yet POWERFUL !! This is perfect for beach outtings and back potch duty ! Love the power and the sound quality.

Solid outdoor speaker waterproof and ipx6 rating. /0hrs of battery so you don’t have to stop the music. One of the cool features it has is that you can charge your phone on the speaker too if you run out of battery. Yes it’s a power bank too on top of a great sounding speaker. I take it with me to the beach when I bbq for get together and it gets pretty loud for a small form factor speaker.

Great speaker for outdoors, we bought it for the lanai to add the acoustic vibe to the pool and spa scene. It definitely 'outshines' our Bose Sound link. great range of sound including the bass, for both music and podcasts!

Does the job i want it too. A little louder than the charge 4. Battery life seems to about the same. Sound quality is great, as expexted from JBL. I have always been impressed with their products.

The Charge 5 has proven to be complimentary to my active lifestyle. It accompanies me as I SUP on lakes, spend an afternoon at the pool, play pickleball, and party on the patio! Really loud. I own the boombox and Clíp 4. They are all good in their own right. This is no different , definitely nice for a small bbq or when cleaning around.

Best sound ever! Packs a punch despite the small package.
