Very bad experience

I bought the speaker as a gift for my wife last month. She just unboxed it, and guess what? The battery life is already 0%. The speaker can’t even stay on for 2 seconds even I plugged it. I’ll never buy anything from Best Buy again.

Weak Battery

The sound clarity is okay when the volume is low it is not as clear to hear. Also from time to time the volume will increase on its own. But for the money I works pretty good.
