Missing power bank

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Charge 5 includes a built-in power bank feature. To use it, connect your mobile device to the speaker's USB Type-A port with a cable. This allows you to charge your device using the speaker's battery.

Tested it multiple times with the same results. I returned it and went to a different brand and I'm glad I did because it sounds better battery lasts over 40 hours at half volume and it cost about the same

It's also supposed to be able to charge your phone but considering it dies after about 3-4 hours I don't see how that's possible.
