Good Soundbar but horrible service by JBL
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the soundbar with subwoofer for under 2 years and the soundbar stopped working. Called JBL and they would not replace it since it was over the 1 year warranty. It cost around $500 at the time, dont waste your money on a product that does not work for 2 years. When it worked it was great. I have no issue with Best Buy it is strictly with JBL. Go with a company that will be behind the products that they make.

The sub and soundbar will not stay paired. System cuts out in the middle of a movie which gets very frustrating. Everything is set up as per manuals instructions. At $500 and being a JBL product I wouldn't have expected this soundbar to have flaws of this nature. Not knowing which to buy I took the Best Buys employees advice and bought this one. I'll be more hesitate to take an employees advice or shop at Best Buy in the future. Just doesn't seem right to get stuck with a flawed product that cost so much.

I liked it, it looks really nice but blueetoth connection with the subwoofer cuts every 15min. It is really really really annoying. I couldn't deal with it.
