I'm not sure what went wrong with this speaker. It worked great the first day. Second day it connected through Bluetooth, music was playing but nothing came out. I had it on full volume on both my phone and speaker. I had to return this product for a different brand speaker

Got this for the boat, but it didn't do what I wanted

Worked great for about 20 minutes, then the bluetooth connection drops off and won't reconnect. Even after unpairing, repairing and fully charging it doesn't make a difference. Maybe I got a defective unit.

Bought this for one of my brothers. It won't charge anymore. Maybe 2 weeks after purchasing.. was not treated harshly in any way. It stops playing when it touches water. Won't sync well with other speakers

I bought this for my teen age daughter who loves to sing In the shower (not to mention she broke other speakers before cause the steam or from the water) but this speaker actually last and it sounds amazing still! Don't be fooled by the size, it's a great speaker, we even showed it off at our Christmas party. Fyi Some of the parents got their kids one! Some of the pros: has a hook so she can hang it in the shower, hook it onto her slumber or gym bag. Battery life is good and it's small but yet an amazing sound! I can't think of any cons. MUST HAVE!!!!

I've only had the speaker for one day, but I am in love with it! It is small but bigger than I had pictured. Easily transportable and the sound is fantastic! Easy to operate and it paired with no concerns to my iPad and iPhone. Was concerned that it might not pair easily with my iPad since it is an older one (about 4 years), but I had no problem with it. Wish it came with a wall adapter plug to recharge. It only came with USB cord. I am still pleased with my purchase and I highly recommend this little speaker.

This is an excellent little bluetooth speaker. I bought it because it is waterproof and I wanted to keep one in the shower or bath depending on how my day went. It is loud enough to fill a room and then some. As of right now, I am completely satisfied with it as a whole. It was super easy to connect to my Note 5. Was able to use it right out of the box for a good hour and half. I turned it off and charged it after that. I haven't had any issues with it connecting again after initial set up.

Did not like .was not as loud as in the store. Had it hook up to my phone and tablet on neither one it would be as loud as it was in the store.

After only having the unit for 2 weeks battery life went from around 7-8 hours to about 5-6 even with a half hour charge break.

Speaker only worked for a few months. Worst product I've ever bought from JBL. Really bummed

It stopped working after using it 1/2 dozen times. Had to send to manufacturers for replacement.

I bought this speaker for my brother. He used it max 5 times and now it doesn't charge.

Sounds blown out right out of the box. Not even ready for market.

It had to be returned because it just stopped working. I was disappointed.

Garbage. Shuts off when it wants to. Poor sound. !!!
