But found out that it works great for playing vacuum sounds to soothe our newborn! The clip makes it handy to hang by the crib when she gets fussy during nap time. Also, it rocks for music...

Speaker has great sound

I love having music playing and have a JBL Charge 3 but wanted something light weight that I could bring with me on the go. I love this speaker it has great sound. (not as good as the charge 3 but that is to be expected)

Great speaker for what you’re thinking about.

It doesn’t have an insane amount of bass of course but it’s what I expected and wanted for sure

Very 'rugged'

I use this on hikes, driving in trucks, and in the barracks. This is a great little speaker that I am super glad I upgraded to. Definitely a JBL fan. Had the Clip 2 before this one, and was extremely satisfied with that one as well.
