High quality sound output and far reaching (meaning loud), very portable and waterproof to boot.

Bought this speaker for work so i can listen to music on the go. And im not disappointed at all. The bass on it is just enough where my music sounds great. I woukd for sure recommend the speaker to anyone who wants a great sound for a great price. 

I love all jbl speakers, imho they compete with bose and they do not disappoint. This jbl clip is powerful for easy listening, no huge bass but fair experience.

Great sound from this little speaker and I love that I can attach it to my fanny pack or backpack and have music while walking, roller skating etc.

This has been great. We love the small size, but still has great sound. We use it outdoors on the patio, or clip it to the stroller on a walk.

I really like this speaker. Wanted something for last summer to use and be portable but have decent sound. I also wanted something decently priced because I really didn't need one that was too expensive, my boyfriend has a JBL speaker that's nicer. So just needed something to be portable. I would buy it again. It has held up through a lot of trips. My favorite speaker I've purchased.

The buttons on the later model are easier to access, especially one handed or while the speaker is hanging by its clip. The clip opening is narrower than expected and reduces its usefulness for. FYI it charges via micro usb. The battery life is okay, but just okay. Sound quality is fine for the type of product and price. I prefer the newer model for the reasons mentioned above. Still it’s a decent choice for the price.

All around amazing Bluetooth speaker ! Love how loud it can get, also most of all it can be used in the shower or by the pool. And it’s durable as well if dropped. It was so easy to connect it to my phone after all the set up I just press the on button and it’s connected. Overall quality and durability at its finest, would highly recommend it 100 percent

I purchased the Clip 3 as a backup for an earlier generation Clip 2 which I've had for a number of years now. I never want to be without at least one of these speakers. I love the clip! I clip it to a belt loop and carry it everywhere I go! Improved volume controls, water resistant, small speaker with a big, big sound!

My son absolutely loves this it has great sound and he loves the clip I would highly recommend this for everyone to buy this at Best Buy for this great price

Excellent small speaker for outdoor use. I originally purchased mine to clip on my golf bag but found myself using it all the time. The clip makes it easy to hang the speaker from almost anywhere. Sound quality is great for a tiny speaker.

Great portable Bluetooth speaker. I keep this Bluetooth speaker in my room. The carabiner allows me to hang the speaker from a nail on my door. Sound quality is good.

This is great if you're looking for something for on the go. The clip is handy. The brand is reputable and the sound quality was amazing for the products small size.

I previously owned a little Sony cube speaker rated at 10 watts. I used it at small open mics where I would read my Super Holly Hansson stories and play some music in the background. The Sony was loud for its size but its sound quality was not great, it would distort when I turned up the volume all the way. I bought the JBL Clip 3 (previously bought the Charge 4) and I find that even though it is a 3 watt speaker, it easily gets loud enough, and it does not distort. I think its sound is fuller and less tinny that my old Sony. I found a website that listed loudness levels, and it said that 3 watts = 42% as 50 watts, while 10 watts = 62% as 50 watts. So the Sony is not 3 times louder, and besides, the JBL can be turned up all the way. If you want a small speaker that sounds great in a decent size room, try the JBL Clip 3. P.S. I have tried it in my car, and although it is not as great as my JBL car speakers, it sounds very good and easily overcomes road noise. P.P.S. I think $70 is a little bit high, but there are lots of sales, or you can use BB rewards like I did.

Easy to use. Handy clip. Long lasting charge. This was a medium priced speaker. I wanted something that I could move freely with that was Bluetooth compatible.
