I've tried various portable speakers for my mp3 players over the years. This one is far better than any others. Very good sound over the full audio spectrum, good volume. It claims to play for 10 hrs on a fully charged battery; I have not tested that. Added benefit: it plays FLAC as well as MP3.

Sounds is loud. Bass is real good. Just be careful you don't drop it. Drop mine and the speaker mess up.

This portable speaker is great. I was going to go with the Flip 5, but the $40 price tag of the Clip 3 attracted me. This speaker sounds nice and full. Not a whole lot of bass, but great for listening to music/podcasts at work. Very loud for how little it is when turned all the way up.

My family and took it on vacation to Florida and it was great for the beach and just hanging out, it has amazing sound

This is a great speaker! Purchased for vacation on the beach and the sound did not disappoint.

Great durable speaker that is nice for taking with you anywhere. The clip feature is nice to clip onto a beach chair. Strong bass that will move the speaker easily so be careful where you place it. Battery life is solid 8hrs but when it dies there's no warning, just switches to your phone.

Bought this speaker for my mother. She loves the size of the buttons and the clip is super helpful. As far as the sound quality, its not bad at all. Wish it could go a bit louder, but at the price point, you really can't complain.

I purchased this for my kayak. After seeing it I was worried it wouldn’t put out good enough sound out in the water, but I was wrong. It sounds great, doesn’t distort our like it competitors. I highly recommend this small, but mighty speaker! Oh it also lasted a full days of kayaking!
