    Trash. Less than a month of use. The speaker fell once then broke in half. Never been the same.

    Broke within and hour

    This speaker broke within an hour of clipping it to my backpack. I went for a walk and came back and the front cover had fallen off, exposing the speaker. Best Buy refused to replace it and so did JBL, even though both admitted it was faulty. Extremely disappointed in both Best Buy and JBL.

    Lasts exactly the warranty period

    Worked great and sound packed a punch for exactly one year. Then red light came on and stayed on, speaker died. Warranty is 12 months, which is the exact time the speaker lasted. I would call it moderate trash. Better off buying a $5 speaker from a discount store.

    Didn't work after having it 3 weeks. Tried to charge it and the idicator stayed on after supposedly being fully chraged. Speaker never worked again.

    What happened to standing behind what you sell

    Bought this as an open box item and a couple months in it doesn’t want to charge. Never had an issue with defective “no lemon” policy in decades until now. The manager at the North Ave store suggested I reach out to JBL (after only having this product for 3 months.)

      This isn't the experience we wanted our customers to have with our JBL Clip 3 speakers. Please try to use a different charging cable and plug it in until it reaches full capacity.     Product is good - I've had one before. Their customer support is awful though. I bought an open box item online that their Geek Squad restocked with the wrong type of charging cable. Rather than just shipping me the correct one, they want me to go into the store before the deadline to return the item (which was wrong in the first place because of them) rather than just sending me a new charging cable. Speaks to both their poor customer service and the competence of their Geek Squad

    Bought this device at the beginning on July. 1st 2 weeks no problem. Take it on vacation wouldn’t work half the time. Red charge light would stay on & device would not turn on or off after charging.

    It's hard to review when I Just Received it, After a three weeks lost, sent to WRONG address, Plus after talking with people for a couple hours and Finally Figuring Out that I Didn't Receive It ??

    I would recommend these to anyone. I purchased two of them and one went out in about 2 months. So i ordered another one. Now I have three of them, None work.

    Very poor sound quality

    I bought this as a gift and am glad I listened to it first. Very poor sound quality -- little bass and raspy, distorted mids and highs even at less than full volume. Returned. I think $80-$100 gets you a much better speaker that will actually get used and listened to.

    The cover of the speaker came off exposing the inside and it will not reaffix. We bought it for our trip from Florida ro Maui, Hawaii. Very disappointed.

    Order was placed on Black Friday and at a great price. Gave as a gift. Unit speaker cover came off and returned to Best Buy.

    Would not recommend this product to anyone less than 30 days later the products speaker failed Product did not last more than 2 weeks. And because I travel I was 3 days late on returning it so now I have to ship it( Time consuming). Best Buy should offer free shipping back to the manufacturer for his customers.
