Great Sound - Poor Battery Life

Unfortunately, after just over 1 year it will only hold a charge for around 3 hours, which isn't really useful at all and it is just out of warranty.

I guess I had expected something better from a speaker bearing the JBL brand, but honestly, the sound it produces is just so-so. I had hoped to use this instead of my Amazon Tap, but the Tap sounds so much better. At least the carabiner clip is handy.

He did not like it once we got home He said it was it was too small like in his room I thought it was cute and the perfect size for the bathroom....but it was his money lol so we returned it

I am a value-snob so I I saw JBL at a good price and grabbed it impulsively. Sadly, it sounds poorly. The bass lacks any punch and the treble makes any voice sound like Alvin. Disappointing.

I purchased on line based on reviews. It is not a bad speaker. There are worse and there are better. Also, remember when the battery is done the speaker is done.

Posted .Hi there, we’re here to help with your JBL Clip 3. Please try these troubleshooting steps for us to know what’s going on. First try to pair your speaker to a different device. Try using an aux cable to connect the speaker to your phone and check if audio quality improves. If so, reset your speaker to factory settings by pressing and holding Volume + and Play/Pause buttons for 3-5 seconds. The speaker will power off indicating that reset has been successful. Access Bluetooth settings on your phone/device and forget JBL Clip 3 on the list of paired devices before pairing it again with the speaker. If you’re still having issues with the sound quality of your speaker, please reach out to us using this link: https://support.jbl.com/us/en/
