The battery will be fully charged and I made sure the device was not connecting to nearby devices. I was super excited about this product and I am disappointed. Otherwise, its loud, cute, and convenient.

Dropped and stopped

Dissapointed with Sound Quality

I purchased this for my office, but I can hear the crackles. Prob bcz it's a confined area. Hubby uses it on his bike, now, but it's sound is narrow instead of omni directional so it's hard to hear if you're not right in front of the speaker. Also, you have to turn volume up to high setting. We love the hook Our 19 mo old grandson easily popped off the face plate.

This thing is really 70 dollars

In 2020 you'd expect they would have already came out with a new revision years ago to change it to USB C, but this thing is absolutely not worth the price, seeing as you can get better quality speakers with USB C for half the price.
