A customer rep helped me upon entering the store. He showed me what I was looking for. He never pressured me and answered each question I had.

This speaker is amazing and does exactly what I needed it for and when I went to go and purchase it I was much more impressed with pricing than I could have thought

Disappointing Durability

As for durability though, the gripping strips on the back begin peeling off. My usage is infrequent; less than once a month. JBL/Harman does not offer, provide, or sell replacement strips specifically for their JBL Clip 4. I would not recommend based upon unavailability of replacement parts.

Posted .This isn't the experience we wanted our customer's to have with our products. As of the moment, we do not sell the strips for the rubber grips of our JBL Clip 4. Most glues won't stick to silicone, but some silicone-based adhesives can and you can try using this to glue the strips on the back.
