Will be getting another brand as I had issues with jbl earphones also.

ZERO help from Best Buy customer service. I wound up having to order this on Amazon. Lesson learned!

You and they just hang up while you're talking. I've had money vanish from my store credit and no one gives me an answer. They just hang up halfway into the conversation. HOW CAN YOU TALK TO SOMEONE? It's ridiculous!
