First the salesman whom I do not remember his name was very helpful. I purchased and used the geek squad service and I mean to tell you their expertise was very much needed and appreciated.

It turns off on its own even after being on the charger all night. It is not loud at all. I wish I would have returned it. The buttons on the sides are placed it the worst spot. I hate this purchase sooooooo much. No not buy.
