First I thought something was wrong with it so I went and exchanged it for another one but it keeps doing the same thing. It's very annoying

Posted .If unit is connected to a source (phone, player, etc.) using the wire, the volume on the source must be turned up to at least 50% in order for the CLIP + to know to stay on and not go into standby. Simply turn up the volume on the source, and turn down the volume on the CLIP +, to get to the desired level, and you should not have this problem any more.

Really like the feature of it working with phone calls - you can talk and listen through it. I have noticed a charging issue and it looks like it's a common problem with these.

When charged the unit would only play for 1 hour or less. The packaging said it would be good for 5 hours.
