The sound is good but not great and not very loud. The battery life is not good but I just leave it plugged in so there is no problem. Bluetooth works well.

The battery only lasted about 90 minutes with a full charge. It did have great sound quality for being so little...could be a little louder but the battery life wasn't impressive.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our product. Music playing time from a full charge is up to 5 hours (varies by volume level and audio content). If the speaker is at 80-90% volume playing audio with a lot of BASS, battery/play time would be shortened compared to the speaker playing mellow/slow music at 40-50% volume.

Crackling didn't stop until I connected it with BlueTooth. It could be going bad, and now it's past 30 days - so I can't return.
