Not worth getting

Posted .Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on our JBL Clip 4. The static noise from the speaker could be due to interference with other wireless signals. Please ensure a clear line of sight between the speaker and the source and shut down unused Bluetooth products nearby. Verify if the issue continues across different music applications and devices. You can also try resetting the JBL Clip 4 by pressing and holding the Volume + together with Play/Pause button for 3-5 seconds while the speaker is powered on. If the issue continues, please reach out to our customer support team for more assistance.
Good speak for close quarter listening

I placed my order on December 3rd. Last update was December 5th with a notice that my item is delayed. Contacted Best Buy on December 12th. They said they would send a replacement and to check for an email and gave me a confirmation number. Email never came. I contacted Best Buy again on the 14th. I was told it was under investigation and that it could take 3-5 days. Contacted again on the 18th. Told it was still under investigation. I just needed to wait. We are now in the 27th with still no updates of when I will receive this product. Very upsetting!!! AND I was still charged for the item on my card. So I have paid for a product I have yet to receive!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very happy with the JBL clip 4 Bluetooth speaker thanks to its being compact and lightweight as well as waterproof and dust proof. The unit offers five watts of power USB c type charging and the frequency range is really good for a speaker of this type. While not producing the deepest Bass for a speaker of this size it actually does a really good job of reproducing bass as well as really Good mids and highs. In other words this is a very well balanced sounding speaker that is well worth the price. If I had only one complaint it would be that you can't buy a second one of these speakers to pair up for true stereo wireless. But still an excellent value at this price point. For your personal listening space this is still pretty good. And with 10 hour battery life you can't go wrong with this purchase. I highly recommend the JBL clip 4.

Registered my clip 4 with JBL and I can't find it under my account. Best Buy is an hour away so I will be out of my 30 day return window. Sounded nice for a few days though...

Posted .Thanks for reaching out. We're here to help with your JBL Clip 4. Make sure all media types are ticked for the Bluetooth pairing (Phone, Media, etc.). You can find this setting by selecting your unit on your device’s Bluetooth menu. You can also try different sources to further isolate the issue. We also recommend doing a factory reset by pressing and holding 'Volume+' together with 'Play/Pause' for more than 2 seconds. The speaker will power off and is now reset. If the issue remains, please contact JBL Customer Support.
